ISA Surf Level II in France 2016

7 Tage ISA Surf Coach Level 2 in France waren schon eine kleine Herausforderunug . Die Anwesenheit einiger französicher Surfschulbesitzer machte den Kurs zu was besonderem, und ich konnte noch viel neues im Surf Coaching lernen. Die Triningsmethoden haben sich um einige Level gesteigert. Ernährung und Gesundheit auf allen Ebenen sind heute nicht mehr wech zu denken.

Ein grosser Dank geht an Uli für die tolle Location, Flo für einen sehr kompetenten Leiter des Kurses und Matze für das geilste Camp-Essen ever.

7 days ISA Surf Coach Level 2 in France was a little bit of a challenge for me. The guys from the Surf Schools of France made the ISA course to something special, and I learned many new technics about advanced surf methodes that pushes surf and SUP to a new level . Also healthy and fitness are more important this days than ever.

Special thanks to Uli for the nice and friendly location we stayed , Flo for an very well done Instuctor and Matze for the best camp food i ever had.
